These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gotcha Matcha app and website. By downloading, accessing, or using Gotcha Matcha, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Gotcha Matcha is a personal journaling and tracking app. You agree to use the service lawfully and not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or related systems.

2. Accounts, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Some features may require a subscription. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under your App Store account terms. We use RevenueCat for subscription management.

3. Your Content

You are responsible for the content you create in the app, including photos, notes, and optional location information. You must have the rights needed for any content you upload or store.

4. Intellectual Property

The app, website, and related materials are owned by OtterSpark and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Gotcha Matcha is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the app, website, or these Terms. If we update these Terms, we will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date.
